Meet the Team

Nicole Hoeller

Co-founder & Partner

Nicole has been part of the senior management teams of several successful exploration and development companies, including Miramar Mining (acquired by Newmont Mining), Sabina Gold & Silver Corp. (acquired by B2Gold) and HighGold Mining (acquired by Contango Ore). Currently she is Vice-President, Communications Onyx Gold, a junior exploration Company. Ms. Hoeller has significant experience as a Corporate Secretary and has been involved in numerous corporate financings and M&A transactions.

Along with her over 27 years in investor relations and communications in the industry, she has spent extensive time travelling in the Canadian North liaising and consulting with communities, indigenous organizations and all levels of government about the benefits and impacts of mining.

Liz Monger

Co-founder & Partner

Liz has over 27 years of investor relations, communications and compliance experience in the mining space. She has a proven track record of bringing strategic and innovative ideas to the table and building strong relationships within the investment community to strategically position companies with institutional and retail investors, analysts, newsletter writers and stakeholders. She has held senior management roles in Investor Relations and as Corporate Secretary for a number of mineral exploration & development companies, including Inventa Capital (2022-2024), Midas Gold (2011-2021), Rainy River (2006-2011) and Rubicon Minerals (1997-2005). Liz is the co-founder of the Vancouver Mining Collective and is the President and a Director of the Society of Investor Relations Executives in Mining (SIREM).

Liz has a B.A. from the University of British Columbia (Geography) and has completed the Canadian Securities Course.

20+ years of conference experience resulting in understanding the value (or not) of each conference enabling targeted marketing initiatives for budgeting and execution

Corporate Secretarial

Overseeing all matters pertaining to shareholder meetings, including setting dates, delivering materials, writing meeting scripts and overseeing and guiding shareholder voting
Implementing & managing Company share compensation plans
Staying up to date with Corporate Governance developments to ensure company information is compliant and relevant
Working with company boards in scheduling, attending and minuting meetings as well as assisting in developing governance policies and procedures
Supporting the Finance department with execution of equity financing administration and closing

Community Relations

Organizing and participating in community engagement from initial contact through successful permitting and licensing with various projects.
